Support

As you go through your core placements, your local authority will keep you connected to the programme with the help of a dedicated placement co–ordinator. They will be an experienced individual within your authority who will look after your interests and help you co–ordinate your career path. You’ll be allocated an internal mentor who will ensure that you benefit from the training and development opportunities that are provided locally.

From the time you start, you’ll also be a member of the ngdp forum – a web-based communication and knowledge exchange tool. It’s an excellent way of connecting with your cohort of fellow graduates and building professional relationships with like-minded people.
